You will need a laptop with wireless card connectivity, portable printer and a smartphone.  We also expect excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to perform all requested duties.  These duties include, but are not limited to handling leads, accompanying showings, drafting sales contracts, hosting open houses every Sunday, working nights and weekends and more.  This is an independent contractor commission based position with all the tools to make success possible with your hard work and dedication.

Administrative Staff

Full Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch. 
Location: Hawthorn Woods Office

Our candidate must be reliable and hard working, looking for more than just clocking in for a paycheck.
