I have noticed that BOA is definitely accepting more short sales than in years past, but there is a problem. Since BOA has aquired Countrywide, they have bitten off more than they can chew. They do not have the workforce to accomodate all the requests. It has made the process near impossible to get done as of lately. Taking 4 to 5 months as opposed to 2 to 3.

Note that tankless water heaters may be a good alternative for businesses as well as homes. Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Motels, and more, all use TWH's for the very large cost savings, being able to expense or depreciate the up-front costs. So if you have an in-home business, or you just want to make points with your boss by cutting expenses, keep that in mind.

Under the new second mortgage program, in addition to lowering the payment, lenders can also opt to erase a borrower’s second mortgage in exchange for a lump-sum payment from the government.

It is a tax credit but the government is allowing people to apply to certain portions of their loan process such as closing costs, other expenses associated with closing such as buy-downs on the interest rate and advance cash to first time buyers. It is not a loan but can be applied towards associated loan costs.

Hold on, just to clarify, I thought the $8,000 is a tax credit and not a loan?
