Happy Friday!  Hope your weekend is great and here are some thoughts I want to share with you.

Real estate is cyclical and right now we are definitely in a cycle.  Our market is saturated with distressed sales and until that inventory depletes, the market should stay the same in 2012.  I have found that homes are selling and at a rapid pace.  There are values out there for buyers and sellers are selling so the market is moving.

Real estate will always be fluid despite the economy, job market and tough lending standards.  People will always need to buy and sell due to personal circumstance.  Whether job change, marriage, or a growing family, people need homes to live in and people need to sell homes.  So that being said, there is confidence that our market will overcome this cycle.  And remember, success is possible in this market with the right strategy and the right people.  I am here to help.

Also, thank you for helping make this a monumental year.  I gave birth to my first baby boy this year and I am grateful to have all of the support of my family, friends and my team.  It is because of you that this year was the best year ever both personally and professionally.  Thanks to all and looking forward to success again in 2012.
